Welding Service Engineers Sp. z o.o. (a limited liability company) is an acclaimed welding engineering service provider located in Świebodzice, Poland. 

Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for collecting, processing and using personal data obtained by the Administrator via the Website.

§ Definitions

Website – website available at: www.wse-group.pl ;

User – a person visiting the Website;

Data administrator – WSE – Welding Service Engineers Michał Dąbrowski, NIP: 8842713437, hereinafter referred to as the ” Administrator

§ Data acquisition

The Administrator obtains personal data directly from Users when:

  • browse the Website;
  • interact with the Administrator via social media channels,
  • contact the Administrator via e-mail, telephone, contact form on the Website or other currently available communication channels.

§ Purposes of processing

Personal data are processed by the Administrator for the purposes of:

  • providing Users with content available on the Website,
  • ensuring connection security and optimizing the operation of the Website.

§ Data sharing

The Administrator may disclose personal data of Website Users to external entities when it is necessary for the operation of the Website, e.g. suppliers responsible for operating IT systems and equipment, entities providing accounting services. The Administrator may disclose selected information about Users to competent authorities or third parties who request such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law (e.g. the Police).

By default, User Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area or transferred to international organizations. In the event of transfer of data to recipients in third countries, the Administrator will use standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, which establish basic guarantees of the security of the User’s data.

§ Data processing and storage

The administrator processes personal data in accordance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR);
  • Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000);
  • Privacy policy and internal data protection procedures operating at the Administrator. The Administrator does not undertake actions that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and that produce legal effects for data subjects. The Administrator will retain the User’s personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

§ Rights of Users

Each User has a number of rights in relation to his or her personal data:

  • the right to obtain information regarding personal data processed by the Administrator, including a copy of this data;
  • the right to request rectification of personal data;
  • the right to delete data, in cases specified by law;
  • the right to limit the processing of personal data or to object to their use, in cases specified by law;
  • the right to transfer personal data within the scope of data portability;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§ Cookies

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s device . Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the device and a unique number .

The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies . They do not contain any personal data, so no cookies are used that would enable the identification of a specific person.

The entity sending cookies via the website to the Website User’s device and obtaining access to these files is the Administrator.

In order to ensure that the Website’s Privacy Policy meets current legal requirements, the Administrator reserves the right to make changes to it at any time. The above also applies in cases where the Privacy Policy requires changes to cover new or changed products or services of the Website. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the relevant legal provisions shall apply accordingly.
